ABOUT THE SELF-LOVE RITUAL

The Self-Love Ritual is our curated self-care subscription designed to bring moments of relaxation and wellbeing throughout the year. You can choose between a Monthly Ritual or a Quarterly Ritual, depending on how often you would like to receive your self-care box.

Each Ritual is thoughtfully curated and beautifully packaged to help you slow down, unwind and enjoy intentional moments of self-care.

MONTHLY THE SELF-LOVE RITUAL

How does the Monthly Ritual work?

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date you subscribed.

Monthly Ritual boxes are dispatched at the start of each month and delivered straight through your letterbox.

What will I receive?

Each Monthly Ritual includes a curated mix of self-care products such as spa-inspired bath and body items, pamper essentials, relaxation favourites and occasional comforting treats.

Every edition follows a unique theme, and the contents remain a surprise until your Ritual arrives.

When will I receive my first box?

Your first box will be the next upcoming Monthly Ritual scheduled for dispatch at the start of the month.

QUARTERLY SELF-LOVE RITUAL

How does the Quarterly Ritual work?

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe and secures the next seasonal Ritual.

Quarterly Ritual boxes are delivered four times a year around:

  • Mid-March

  • Mid-June

  • Mid-September

  • Mid-December

Your subscription renews automatically every three months from the date you subscribed, unless paused or cancelled.

What will I receive?

Each Quarterly Ritual includes a selection of luxury full-size self-care products, including spa-inspired bath and body items, pamper essentials, relaxation favourites and comforting treats.

Every edition is curated around the new season, and the contents remain a surprise until your Ritual arrives.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

Changes must be made before the next renewal date to apply to the upcoming Ritual.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. You can skip a delivery directly from your subscription portal if you wish to pause for a cycle.

Can I update my delivery address or payment details?

Yes. You can update your shipping address or payment method anytime through your subscription account.

How will I be charged?

Subscriptions renew automatically according to your chosen plan:

Monthly Ritual
Charged monthly on the same date you subscribed.

Quarterly Ritual
Charged every three months from the date you subscribed.

SHIPPING

When are boxes shipped?

Monthly Ritual
Dispatched at the start of each month.

Quarterly Ritual
Dispatched around mid-March, mid-June, mid-September and mid-December.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your Ritual has been dispatched.
